dFlow Cloud stores payment methods in Stripe
The dashboard Cards screen is the supported place to attach cards and keep a default method for automatic charges.
Prerequisites
- Access to app.dflow.sh for the correct Organisation.
- Permission to manage billing (see Organisations and tenants under Core Concepts in the sidebar).
- If you are new to cloud billing, read Payment setup under dFlow Cloud in the sidebar first.
Open the Cards page
- Sign in at app.dflow.sh.
- Select your Organisation workspace.
- In the sidebar under Profile, choose Cards.
Path pattern: /{organisation}/account/cards.
Add a card
- On Cards, choose the option to add a new payment method (the UI may open Stripe Elements in a modal or hosted flow).
- Enter card details and billing information as requested.
- Submit and wait for confirmation. The new card should appear in the list.
Set or rotate the default method
Use the default indicator or action on the card row so automatic subscription charges use the intended instrument. After replacing an expired card, set the new card as default and remove obsolete methods if the UI allows.
Wallet balance
Wallet balance (Stripe customer balance) appears in the header wallet control. Top-ups or promotional credits may increase it depending on product and campaign configuration. Wallet can participate in failed payment recovery when the product applies it (Failed payments).
Legacy profile URL
Some older articles linked to dFlow Profile β Cards on the marketing domain. The canonical in-product location is Profile β Cards on app.dflow.sh as above. If a bookmark still points at https://dflow.sh/profile/cards, sign in and verify you land in the same account before relying on it.
Expected outcome
- At least one valid payment method on file for paid plans.
- Default method set for renewals and proration invoices.
- Invoices show successful charges after the next billing event.
