dFlow Cloud billing (Organisation)

On dFlow Cloud, Organisation billing is tied to your workspace at app.dflow.sh. You do not run billing infrastructure yourself. That is the main difference from operating a self-hosted under Self-Hosting dFlow in the sidebar control plane, where you may still pay dFlow for licences or subscriptions separately.

Exact screens depend on your plan and whether a card is already on file. This page describes the usual flow and points to deeper billing docs.

When you are prompted to pay

You may see billing during:

  • Onboarding, before certain features unlock.
  • Upgrades (more seats, higher limits, or managed compute where priced separately).
  • Renewal or failed payment recovery (email and in-app notices).

Follow the in-product Checkout or Billing screens; they are the source of truth for payment methods and tax fields.

What to have ready

  • A payment method accepted in your region (card or other instrument the UI offers).
  • Billing contact email and, if required, tax identifiers the form asks for.
  • Organisation admin access if only certain roles can change payment (see Organisations and tenants under Core Concepts in the sidebar).

After you subscribe

  1. Open Billing or Subscription in the dashboard to confirm plan, renewal date, and invoice delivery settings.
  2. Invite finance or operations with the right role if they need visibility (see Invites and team members under Security and Team Management in the sidebar).
  3. Keep Payment setup alongside Cloud limits and expectations so the team knows what the plan includes.
