Invoices on dFlow Cloud come from Stripe.
The dashboard Invoices page lists your history and gives access to PDFs and exports the product supports.
Open invoices and transactions
- Sign in at app.dflow.sh.
- Open your Organisation workspace.
- Under Profile, choose Invoices.
Path pattern: /{organisation}/account/transactions.
The page title and metadata describe past transactions and download actions for invoice documents.
What you will see
Exact columns depend on the current UI; trust the values on the invoice PDF for finance reconciliation.
Orders record
Behind the scenes the product may create order records when invoices finalize, linking invoice id, PDF URL, product breakdown, and email for notifications. You normally interact through the Invoices UI rather than raw records.
Tax and receipts
Enter tax identifiers and billing contact details when Stripe Checkout or account settings request them. dFlow does not replace your accountant: use Stripe receipts and PDFs for official amounts.
If an invoice looks wrong
- Open the PDF and compare line items to Profile → Plans and Worker Nodes.
- Read Usage and billing behavior for proration and cycle timing.
- If still unclear, use Billing issues under Troubleshooting in the sidebar and include the invoice id.
