Pick dFlow Cloud or self-hosted dFlow before you follow task-by-task guides.
Both paths use the same product model; read How dFlow is structured under Core Concepts in the sidebar for the overview.
Prerequisites
- You know whether your organisation needs the control plane hosted by dFlow or on infrastructure you operate.
- A supported browser for the dashboard (see dFlow Cloud overview under dFlow Cloud in the sidebar for cloud expectations).
1. Compare the two paths
For a higher-level comparison, read Choose your path under Introduction in the sidebar under Introduction.
2. Follow the matching sequence
dFlow Cloud
- Create your account and workspace: sign up, verify email, reach the dashboard.
- Quick start for dFlow Cloud: Worker Node, Application, first Service deploy.
- Optional: Create your first database or Use your first template.
Self-hosted dFlow
- Install with Docker / Docker Compose under Self-Hosting Dflow in the sidebar (or your approved install path from Installation options under Self-Hosting Dflow in the sidebar).
- Sign in at your dFlow URL and confirm an Organisation context.
- Quick start for Self-Hosted dFlow: SSH, attach Worker Nodes, then Deploy your first app.
Expected outcome
You know which doc chain to open next and you have links to first login, quick start, and first deploy without mixing cloud and self-host prerequisites.
