Answers reflect self-serve dFlow Cloud behaviour. Enterprise contracts may differ; use your order form or account executive when applicable.

Worker Nodes and compute

How do I stop paying for a Worker Node? Use Profile β†’ Worker Nodes to cancel or downgrade the billed capacity according to the current UI. Cancellation updates the underlying Stripe subscription items; you may see proration or end-of-period effects described in Usage and billing behavior.

What happens to my environments when I cancel compute? Running Services need capacity. Removing nodes can fail deploys or scale targets. Plan changes with Deployments overview under Deployments and Operations in the sidebar in mind.

Plans

How do I downgrade my plan? Open Profile β†’ Plans and select the lower tier. Scheduled changes may apply at the next phase boundary; watch Invoices for proration.

Can I pause billing? There is no generic β€œpause” documented in product code. You may downgrade to a Free tier if offered, or cancel specific add-ons. Ask Billing issues under Troubleshooting in the sidebar for account-specific options.

Payment methods and invoices

I removed my card; why is there still an open invoice? Removing a card does not void past invoices. Add a new default method and pay open invoices (Payment methods, Failed payments).

Where is the PDF? Profile β†’ Invoices links Stripe PDFs when finalized (Transactions and invoices).

Credits and wallet

Do compute credits expire? Yes. Grants include an expires at time; expired credits no longer apply (Compute credits).

Is wallet the same as credits? No. Wallet is Stripe customer balance; compute credits are subscription grants consumed on specific purchases.

Data and access

If my subscription is canceled, do I lose data? Retention and export policies depend on product terms and timing. Treat cancellation as a risk to active environments and backups; export early and open Billing issues under Troubleshooting in the sidebar if you need help.

Getting started again

How do I reactivate? Sign in at app.dflow.sh, fix Cards, revisit Plans and Worker Nodes, and follow Payment setup under dFlow Cloud in the sidebar if the account was inactive.
